The position holder will be responsible for managing the Healthcare Business which includes both Gas & Non-Gas Products , within a designated geography to execute strategic intent and meet financial targets & collect payment from customers. She will provide submission of Territorial Reports, Volume Trends, and Price Trends & drive Sales & Mktg Initiatives. Travelling within the designated geography is important.

Required qualification & Experience  - Minimum Degree or Diploma in Engineering and minimum 3 years of experience

The Position holder will be responsible for running the plant in shifts and maintaining & monitoring the plant parameters on a continuous basis.  She will have to achieve the agreed production targets and involve in process-related troubleshooting. She will take charge as a site controller/shift in charge. She will have to achieve maximum output by monitoring machine efficiencies and plant performance through various available tools to take corrective action in consultation with / Manager – Production / Plant Manager / or the respective maintenance in charge. She will have to ensure the cooling tower parameters by coordinating with Water Treatment vendor. Over all site safety management, Customer management, statutory and maintain with 100% compliance. Intra personal skills required to co-ordinate with other functions like Deliver/procurement/IT etc. Escalation of issues timely is the key.

Required qualification & Experience  - Minimum Degree or Diploma in Engineering and minimum 3 years of experience

The Position holder will be responsible for maintaining the plant with good understanding of Rotary equipment/Statis equipment maintenance with practical knowledge. She will have to achieve the agreed reliability and other KPI targets and involve in maintenance troubleshooting. She will have to optimize resources available to take Preventive/Proactive/corrective maintenance action in consultation with / Manager – Production / Plant Manager / or the respective maintenance in charge. Over all site safety management , Vendor management, Spares management , statutory management and maintain the same. Maintain Customer focus with reliability of the plant. Intra personal skills required to co-ordinate with other functions like Deliver/procurement/IT/Other plant team members etc. Escalation of issues timely is the key.

The Position holder will be responsible for maintaining the plant with good understanding of SLD, Schematic drawings, HT & LT breakers, VFD’s, Transformers, Motors (Synchronous and Induction), Capacitor banks troubleshooting, Switch yard experience maintenance with practical knowledge. Switch gear relay setting and maintenance troubleshooting experience. HT Electrical Licensed Person. She will have to achieve the agreed reliability and other KPI targets and involve in maintenance troubleshooting. She will have to optimize resources available to take Preventive/Proactive/corrective maintenance action in consultation with / Manager – Production / Plant Manager / or the respective maintenance in charge. Over all site safety management , Vendor management, Spares management , statutory management and maintain the same. Maintain Customer focus with reliability of the plant. The Position holder will be responsible for maintaining the plant with good understanding of SWD/SLD, Schematic drawings, DCS/PLC Loop drawing , P&ID , Control system, control philosophy  JB & Field ,MR,RR Drawings etc. Field Instruments, Transmitters ,Sensors , Controller , Anti surge control,  IGV Control, Vibration monitoring system & loops ,Mass/Mag/Other flow devices, smart/pneumatic positioner  Maintenance/ troubleshooting with hands on  practical knowledge. Skills of Instrument Maintenance to be carried out by inhouse team without OEM support .Having well exposure & skill in automation  software’s ,logic development PLC/DCS, Valve maintenance without any vendor support.  She will have to achieve the agreed reliability and other KPI targets and involve in maintenance troubleshooting. She will have to optimize resources available to take Preventive/Proactive/corrective maintenance action in consultation with / Manager – Production / Plant Manager / or the respective maintenance in charge. Over all site safety management, Vendor management, Spares management through SAP , statutory management and maintain the same. Maintain Customer focus with reliability of the plant. Intra personal skills required to co-ordinate with other functions like Deliver/procurement/IT/Other plant team members etc. Escalation of issues timely is the key.

The position holder will be responsible to ensure safe and efficient management of Packaged, Healthcare & Specialty gases products , which includes operations, maintenance, contract management, internal and external audits etc. supported by the team and plant manager.

The position holder will be responsible to ensure efficient management of customer accounts and business development for the west zone, with focus on top-line & bottom-line performance. She will be responsible for planning, execution, sales monitoring, reporting, DSO Management of customers.

To ensure safe, efficient and continuous operation of Package Gas Product plant during the shift. ▪ Ensure products manufactured/supplied meet prescribed quality standards as laid down by the company. ▪ Plan and coordinate with raw material suppliers/source locations to ensure timely receipt of inputs for production that meet the required input quality standards. ▪ To ensure quality testing is carried out and traceability is maintained from source to delivery for all products as per the defined SOPs. ▪ Manage the production activities in the shift by supervising the work and attending to production issues ▪ Ensure that instruments are calibrated & validated as per company standards and to comply with statutory requirements for plant operations. ▪ To maintain Batch & Quality control records for medical gases including incoming raw materials ▪ Work towards ensuring Zero Safety Incidents at Plant. Report any Near Miss/Incident/Accident. ▪ Assist to organize safety programs the Plant, including Toolbox talks/Safety Meetings/awards etc. ▪ Ensure upkeep of plant and equipment, timely repair and maintenance of all equipment and general housekeeping of the site. ▪ MIS - Prepare Monthly, Daily and Shift reports pertaining to Plant Operations ▪ To meet KPIs for the plant such as Production Targets, Productivity, Loss reduction, Cost Control, Cylinder Tracking etc.

The position holder will be responsible for increasing revenue and profitability of the assigned territory through an in-depth understanding of the territory and the company’s products and processes. She needs to manage the territory through a detailed understanding of customer value and territory structure, including competitive landscape and industry value creation opportunities. She must possess an individual passion to win new customers. She has to leverage resources and processes to disqualify the competitive alternatives. She has to manage all existing customer accounts in the assigned territory, be accountable for delivering sales targets in the assigned territory, coordinate with plant/distribution/support teams to ensure timely deliveries to customers, ensure timely collection of payments from all customers in the territory, address customer complaints promptly and ensure timely redressal.

The position holder will be responsible for the bulk products portfolio to maximize strategic and financial targets in line with the strategy of the gases business in their respective region. She has to manage existing business and customer relationships; she has to monitor and ensure volume targets through existing customers and new business development also finalize contracts with customers in line with business requirements and contract management. She has to identify and implement strategic initiatives for the growth of bulk business in the region. She has to work closely with the regional & central AT Team in winning AT-driven customers in the region. She has to coordinate with HOD – Bulk Business to initiate marketing initiatives for the region and also has to collect and report market intelligence information related to business. She has to submit monthly & yearly forecasts for bulk gases. She has to meet the annual KPI targets set for the bulk business for the region.

The position holder will be coordinating & expediting inter-department work related to a project. She has to coordinate with the sales team for MIS and drive to attain productivity targets, She has to coordinate with finance for project capitalization, vendor payment, etc. She has to coordinate with the procurement department to expedite vendor PO, material dispatch, and payment, and coordinate with the digitalization team for preparation & maintenance of the online dashboard for project status & inventory. She should have very good planning skills with a zeal to adhere to schedules and achieve targets. Good interpersonal and man management skills. She should have good written and verbal communication skills and ability to coordinate with different internal and external agencies.
