Vadodara, India - 08 May 2013: To maximize profitability in refinery and petrochemical plants, enhancement of efficient heaters for operation is the need of the hour. With increasing competition within the oil industry, minimizing the operating cost is the prime concern of all the developers. This can be achieved with specific know-how of process calculations and well designed heaters. Apart from the technical optimization; availability, reliability and flexibility of various capacity as per demand, plays an important role while desinging heaters. Any reduction in the utility consumption or emissions is given due importance too.
To re-visit & re-emphasize on technological issues as reflected above, Selas-Linde along with Linde Engineering India organised a 'Furnace Technology Meet 2013' to share the latest trends and technologies in refinery heaters, petrochemical furnaces, reformers and incinerators. Selas-Linde GmbH, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Linde Group, Engineering Division and a global technology player for design & supply of process furnaces for the chemical and petrochemical industry, EDC cracking furnaces, furnaces for direct-reduction plants, steam reformers, fired heater units for refineries, special-purpose furnace equipment.
