Pursuant to a review done on the Officer’s Post-Retirement Medical Benefit (“Medical Benefit”), provided at the discretion of Linde India Ltd, (formerly known as Indian Oxygen Limited, IOL Limited and BOC India Limited) (the “Company”) to its Retired Officers and their spouses it has been observed that many Retired Officers of the Company, who are eligible for Post-Retirement Medical Benefit, have not provided the necessary documents vide which they shall remain eligible for the Medical Benefit. In view of the same, Retired Officers/spouses whose names appear within the list which can be accessed using the link below are requested to furnish the following documents:
a) Life Certificate for Retired Officer and their spouse (if applicable) duly signed by a Gazetted Officer or bank officials (“Life Certificates”).
b) Certificate from concerned Retired Officer that they have not accepted employment elsewhere where they avail benefit similar to the Medical Scheme (“Certificate related to Employment”).
c) One valid self-attested copy of Photo identity card (“Photo -ID”) with date of birth (e.g. Driving License, Passport, Voter ID, Adhaar card etc.) of the Retired Officer and their spouse (if any).

The Life Certificates and the Certificate related to Employment are required to be submitted in original together with self-attested copy of the Photo ID to the Company at the following address:

In the event a Retired Officer or their spouse whose name appears within the aforesaid mentioned list, fails to furnish the above mentioned documents on/before 15.01.2019 being the last date of submission of the same, the Company reserves the right to withdraw the benefits of the Medical Benefit from the concerned Retired Officer or their spouse (if applicable) without any further notice pertaining to and/or in connection with the same.
Notwithstanding anything said in the notice, the Company reserves the right to discontinue the Medical Benefit at any time, at its sole discretion.
